Return, Refund & Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note that this policy is applicable only for items purchased via our website. For any products purchased through any of the other channels, please directly contact the channel of purchase for assistance.

 

How do I request for a return or exchange?

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please email us on orders@cubkins.com within 7 days of order receipt with the following information:

  • Your order number and the item you would like to return.
  • Whether your request is for an exchange or return.
  • Reason for exchange or return.
  • Photos of the item.
  • Pickup address and contact number.

Our team will get back to you via email in 3-5 working days.

 

When will my money be refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@cubkins.com.

 

What if I receive a damaged, faulty or wrong product?

We have a thorough quality check process to prevent such instances but if you do receive a damaged, faulty or wrong product, please contact us immediately on receiving the item with a photo of the item at orders@cubkins.com and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

What if I never received my order?

 In the unlikely event that you did not receive your order even though you received a notification that your order has been delivered, please send us an email at orders@cubkins.com and we will try to fix the issue and get you the replacement as soon as possible.

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please send us an email at orders@cubkins.com and if the order has not already been dispatched then we will be happy to assist you.

 

How do I exchange a gift?

All gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit, provided they are accompanied with an order number and record of sale.

 

Are there any exceptions or non-returnable items?

Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

What about the European Union 14 day cooling off period?

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
