Shipping policy
DOMESTIC (India)
We offer free standard delivery on all orders of ₹500 and above, and a flat shipping & handling fee of ₹50 on orders below ₹500 — across India, except the states listed below.
Hill & Northeast states: Due to significantly higher freight costs, orders delivered to Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Manipur carry a shipping & handling fee of ₹79 on orders of ₹500 and above, and ₹129 on orders below ₹500. Orders to these states are currently prepaid only — Cash on Delivery is not available.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on orders of ₹500 and above (except the states listed above), with a COD handling fee of ₹79 per order, charged at checkout. COD may be unavailable for certain pin codes, orders, or accounts. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking) carry no COD fee.
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package to your doorstep.
Expected delivery times after dispatch:
- Metros: 2 to 5 business days
- Non-metros: 5 to 10 business days
- Deliveries to the hill & Northeast states listed above typically take 7 to 14 business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL
