Cubkins 100% Silicone Baby Fruit Feeder & Teether — 3-in-1 | BIS Certified, Zero Plastic Contact | 4M–12M+
Free shipping on all orders over ₹499
Introduce real food without the fear — and without plastic.
Unlike standard feeders with hard plastic handles and rims, every part of the Cubkins feeder — handle, lock, sac and rim — is 100% food-grade silicone. No plastic ever touches your baby's food, hands or gums during feeding. Three interchangeable sacs (S/M/L) grow with your baby from 4 months to 12 months and beyond.
✅ Zero Plastic Contact — handle, lock and sac are all soft food-grade silicone. No plastic rim against your baby's mouth, ever.
✅ BIS Certified (IS 9873, CM/L-7600198513) — independently lab-tested, with a licence number you can verify on the BIS portal. Plus BPA-free, PVC-free, phthalate-free, lead-free.
✅ 3-in-1, Every Stage — soother from 4M (frozen breastmilk or formula only), fruit feeder from 6M (soft solids), toddler feeder to 12M+ with the large sac.
✅ 2mm Safety Holes — engineered to release only juice and mush while blocking fruit skins, seeds and chunks.
✅ Steriliser Safe — boil it, steam-sterilise it, or top-rack dishwash it. Built for the Indian kitchen.
🛡️ BIS Certified | 🍼 100% Food-Grade Silicone | 🚫 Zero Plastic Contact | 🇮🇳 Designed & Made in India | 👶 4M+ soothing · 6M+ solids
Most feeders use hard plastic handles and rims that can crack or splinter — and cracked plastic in a baby product is a sharp edge waiting to happen. Cubkins is built differently, from the inside out.
💎 100% silicone construction — every feeding part
A unibody silicone design: handle, lock, sac and rim are all soft, food-grade silicone. No plastic of any kind in any part that touches food, no microplastics, no sharp edges — even if it's dropped, chewed or frozen.
🔬 The Choking Guard — 2mm safety holes
The sacs are engineered with 2mm holes: small enough to block fruit skins, seeds and chunks, large enough to release juice and mush. Your baby experiences real food textures and flavours while pieces large enough to choke on stay inside the sac. Always supervise feeds — no feeder replaces a watchful adult, including ours.
🔒 The Tension-Snap Lock
Firm enough that little hands can't pop it open mid-snack (no scattered fruit across the floor), easy enough for one adult hand. Silicone flexes instead of cracking — no brittle plastic clips that snap after a month.
✅ Verifiable certification
BIS Certified under IS 9873, licence CM/L-7600198513 — printed here and on the pack, verifiable on the BIS website. BPA Free | PVC Free | Phthalate Free | Lead Free.
🥶 Soothes teething pain (from 4M+)
Fill the sac with frozen breastmilk or formula cubes and freeze for 30 minutes. The cold numbs sore, inflamed gums while the textured silicone gives gentle counter-pressure. Before 6 months, use only breastmilk or formula in the sac — no other foods, in line with WHO guidance on exclusive milk feeding.
🍎 Perfect for Indian weaning (from 6M+)
From around 6 months (follow your paediatrician's advice), introduce the real flavours of your kitchen: steamed apple (seb), ripe papaya, sapota (chikoo), ripe mango, steamed carrot, soft khichdi — even chilled dahi or cold watermelon on a hot day. Your baby gets the taste and texture; the 2mm holes keep chunks inside.
✋ Builds hand-eye coordination
The ergonomic handle is shaped for small hands and a two-handed grip. Reaching, grabbing and guiding it to the mouth is motor-skill practice — every feed doubles as a learning session.
👶 A safety net for baby-led weaning
Following BLW? The feeder gives your baby genuine self-feeding and real textures while you stay confident nothing choke-sized comes through. Use it alongside supervised finger foods, not instead of them.
📦 3 sacs that grow with your baby — all in the box
- Small sac (4M+): fine holes — frozen breastmilk/formula for teething relief
- Medium sac (6M+): standard holes — soft fruits, vegetables and solids
- Large sac (12M+): wider holes — firmer textures for your toddler
When can my baby start using a fruit feeder?
From 4 months for teething relief — with frozen breastmilk or formula only. For fruits, vegetables and other foods, wait until your baby starts solids, typically around 6 months, and follow your paediatrician's advice. The three included sacs (S/M/L) cover each stage.
What foods can I put in the feeder?
From 6 months: steamed apple, ripe papaya, chikoo, ripe mango, ripe banana, steamed carrot, watermelon, chilled dahi and soft khichdi all work well. Avoid whole grapes, nuts, raw hard vegetables and anything with pips or stones still in. Before 6 months, only frozen breastmilk or formula.
Is a silicone feeder better than a mesh feeder?
For hygiene, clearly yes. Mesh traps food particles deep in the weave, goes mouldy within days and is nearly impossible to sterilise properly. The Cubkins silicone sac turns fully inside-out and rinses clean under the tap in seconds, and it can be boiled, steam-sterilised or dishwashed.
Can my baby choke while using this?
The 2mm holes are engineered to block skins, seeds and chunks while releasing juice and mush — that's the feeder's core safety function. No product removes the need for supervision though: always stay with your baby during feeds, and inspect the sac before each use.
The silicone has turned yellow — is it safe?
Yes. Haldi, mango and papaya naturally tint uncoated silicone over time. It's surface pigment absorption, not degradation, and doesn't affect safety or hygiene. Soak in hot water with lemon juice for 30 minutes or leave in direct sunlight for a few hours — the tint fades significantly.
How do I clean and sterilise it?
The sac turns inside-out and rinses in seconds. Boil it, use an electric steam steriliser, or place all parts on the top rack of the dishwasher. The silicone tolerates heat up to 220°C without warping or leaching.
Do the sacs wear out?
Silicone sacs are far more durable than mesh, but inspect before each use and replace any sac that shows tears or damage.
🚿 The mesh nightmare is over — mesh feeders trap food deep in the weave, go mouldy in days and can't be sterilised properly. This sac turns completely inside-out and rinses clean under the tap in under 5 seconds. No scrubbing, no lingering smell.
🌡️ Steriliser safe — the Indian kitchen standard — boiling water on the stove, electric steam steriliser, or top rack of the dishwasher. The silicone withstands up to 220°C without warping, melting or leaching.
🟡 The turmeric truth — feed haldi, ripe mango or papaya and the silicone may develop a light yellow tint over time. Completely normal, purely cosmetic: it's how natural, uncoated silicone absorbs pigment. Hot water with lemon juice (30 minutes) or a few hours of direct sunlight fades it significantly.
