Pro Tip: When warming frozen milk, gently swirl the bag in warm water (not boiling!) and wait for the sensor to settle. The sensor reads the bag’s surface, so swirling ensures the milk inside reaches an even temperature. Do NOT microwave breast milk.

The sensor measures the surface temperature of the bag. For the most accurate reading, gently swirl the milk inside the bag while it’s warming in warm water. This ensures the core milk temperature matches the surface reading. The sensor is a temperature guide (Cold / Perfect / Too Hot), not a precision medical thermometer. It is designed to prevent the most common caregiver mistake: overheating.

❓ "Will the bags crack or leak in the freezer?"
Our bags are made from medical-grade LDPE that is specifically engineered for temperatures from -20°C to +100°C. The reinforced double-seal zipper and the separate pour spout mean there is no single weak point. We recommend freezing bags flat and not overfilling past the 250ml mark, as liquid expands when frozen.

Silicone is an insulator — it blocks cold rather than conducting it. This means milk freezes slowly, which can degrade nutrients. Glass is fragile and cannot be sealed airtight for stacking in small Indian freezer drawers. Medical-grade LDPE allows rapid flash-freezing, locking in nutrients faster than any alternative.

⚠️ Safety Warnings:
- ❌ Do NOT microwave breast milk. Microwaving creates dangerous hot spots and destroys nutrients.
- ❌ Do NOT boil breast milk. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or under lukewarm running water.
- ❌ Do NOT refreeze. Once thawed, use within 24 hours and discard any remaining milk.
- ❌ Single use only. Bags are pre-sterilized for one-time use to ensure maximum hygiene.
- ❌ Keep away from sharp objects and direct flames.
💡 Power Cut Tip: If your freezer loses power, keep the door closed. Breast milk with ice crystals still present can safely be refrozen. If fully thawed and warm, use immediately or discard.
